Once upon a time.............I worked in pastel and oil and watercolor and........then I put my hands in clay. No turning back. Clay is a media that frees my soul to create, no longer tied down worrying about color and shadow and form as it builds beneath my hands. I don't know how, I don't know why. When I create with clay and that clay becomes bronze sculpture or fired ceramic, I create from the heart with no picture just dreams. Freedom to be.
